Security Guard – Soccer World Cup

Soccer World Cup Security Guards (Experienced and Ex-Military)

• Duration – 2 to 3 Months (during term 4 of 2022)

• Position – Event Security Guards & Security Team managers

Requirements:

• Our client requires the service of stadium guards on a short term contract basis for the Soccer World cup 2022 in Qatar.
• Must have event security experience –  specifically with large sporting/music festivals (crowd control experience)  are encouraged to apply.
• Male guards must be 1.8m tall ,(1.67m for female guards,) medically fit and presentable / neat.  Male and female, of all ethnicities and races encouraged.
• Must have engaging personality and communicate with ease.
• Minimum aged 21, original SAPS criminal record clearance certificate / PSIRA registration (Grade A only)  / CV in hand during interview.
• Valid passport in hand to show during interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 11, fluent English language.
• Registration at PSIRA as a guard / military experience (Grade A only)

Experience

• Ranging from minimum 1 year work experience for junior security positions to 8 years or more for managers.
• Crowd control experience beneficial.

Remuneration

• Excellent wages offered based on experience and qualifications. Accommodation, meals, uniforms and transport provided.

Logistics

• Shared dormitory style accommodation, meals, uniforms and laundry provided.
• Return economy flight tickets provided. Daily transport to work in Qatar provided.
• Medical fitness test required at no cost to candidate.
• Prior Covid vaccination mandatory.
• Visa assistance offered.
• Must be available for 7 days local training (Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg) during July 2022.
• Further training upon arrival in Qatar.
